The Tyranid Prime is the apex of the Tyranid Warrior strain – already the most adaptable of the Hive Mind's bioforms. Boasting a greater synaptic capacity than their lesser kindred, these alpha Warriors command the swarming tide of chitinous horrors that signals a Hive Fleet's arrival – substituting for larger and more cumbersome synapse beasts – as weaker bioforms instinctively emulate their uncanny skill with talon and organic firearms alike.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Tyranid Prime, with enough additional components to build two Tyranid Warriors. This versatile synapse beast is distinguished by a unique chest plate, head and crest, shoulder guards, and an optional scythed tail. These models come in three distinct poses with several different heads and crests, and can be equipped with a staggering variety of bioweapons – including three pairs each of spinefists, devourers, rending claws, scything talons, deathspitters, lash whips, and boneswords, as well as a venom cannon and a barbed strangler. The kit also includes enough adrenal glands, toxin sacs, and flesh hooks for all three models. You can alternatively choose to build this kit as three Tyranid Warriors.
